We have came across a problem: QR tickets purchased before June 28 have expired, they can no longer be used. Therefore, we have made a decision to compensate fully the cost of these expired unused tickets.
We are already working on a technical solution and we will make a refund in the nearest future to the users of Portmone.com, who have encountered this issue. We are updating the mobile application also, so that you will be able to control the validity of the purchased tickets shortly. Currently QR tickets are valid for 15 days from the date of purchase.
We sincerely apologize to our users.
